espg.com.my, the website of ES Producation Groups Berhad, has no enquiry form, account or payment, and collects no name, email address, school records or payment details through analytics. It measures how its pages are visited with Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies; you can block or delete them in your browser’s cookie settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on. espg.com.my is the website of ES Producation Groups Berhad, the parent company of Neon+ (ES Producation Sdn Bhd), Easy Edu Sdn Bhd, Citzen Computer Sdn. Bhd., ES Producation Services Sdn. Bhd. and ESP Global Limited. Its head office is at 46, Jalan Lang Indah A/1, Pusat Perniagaan Lang Indah, Ipoh, Perak.

What does the website record when I visit?
Every page loads Google Tag Manager after the page has loaded. Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, which uses first-party cookies and similar browser storage to count visits and describe them in general terms. Google processes this on the group’s behalf and gives summary reports, which show which pages are read. The home page also carries a Google Search Console verification tag, which proves ownership of the domain and collects nothing from you. The web host, Netlify, keeps ordinary server logs to deliver pages.

How can I block analytics?
The website works in full without analytics, so blocking measurement costs you nothing on the page.

In your browser’s privacy settings, block cookies for espg.com.my. Blocking third-party cookies alone does not stop Google Analytics 4, whose cookies are first-party.
- 02Delete what is stored
Delete the cookies already stored for espg.com.my in the same settings.

What happens when I contact the group?
The site has no form of its own. Its contact links open another service, each run by another company under its own privacy policy. The group receives your message and what the service sends with it, and your message may be passed to the group company that can answer it.
