ES Producation Groups Berhad, headquartered in Ipoh, Perak, is the parent company of five subsidiaries. Four are Malaysian: Neon+ (ES Producation Sdn Bhd, smart, portable projectors), Easy Edu Sdn Bhd (digital learning platforms and education apps), Citzen Computer Sdn Bhd (lightweight tablets and laptops) and ES Producation Services Sdn Bhd (education financing and payment solutions). The fifth, ESP Global Limited, covers intercompany supply and global operations from Hong Kong.

Who is the parent company of Neon+, Easy Edu and Citzen?

ES Producation Groups Berhad, headquartered in Ipoh, Perak, is the parent company of Neon+ (ES Producation Sdn Bhd), Easy Edu Sdn Bhd and Citzen Computer Sdn Bhd, and of two more subsidiaries: ES Producation Services Sdn Bhd and ESP Global Limited in Hong Kong. Its head office is at 46, Jalan Lang Indah A/1, Pusat Perniagaan Lang Indah, Ipoh, Perak, the address of the Neon+ showroom.

All five subsidiaries operate under the group’s single identity, and the group sets six core values for itself. The group calls itself “an education-focused group committed to advancing learning outcomes through integrated technology, digital platforms, hardware solutions, financial support, and global operations.”

How do the five companies work together?

The group calls Neon+ its core education technology brand. Of the five companies, three work on tools for teaching and learning, one covers education financing and one manages supply for the group’s companies.

    In the group’s words, its “core education technology brand”: smart, portable projectors for education and everyday use, sold under the trading name of ES Producation Sdn Bhd.

  2. 02Easy Edu

    Digital learning platforms and education apps. Its stated mission: to develop solutions that enhance teaching delivery, support student progress and enable transparent parent monitoring.

  3. 03Citzen

    Lightweight tablets and laptops for learning and teaching; its own site sells the CZ-4 notebook.

  4. 04ES Producation Services

    Education financing and payment solutions. Its stated mission: structured and responsible financing, including flexible payment plans, to improve access to education technology for educators and institutions.

  5. 05ESP Global

    Based in Hong Kong. Its stated mission: to manage intercompany sourcing, procurement and supply chain operations for the group’s companies.

How are the five companies told apart?

Under one group identity, four of the five companies are told apart by colour focus. Red marks group-level branding and Neon+, which alone carries all four group colours; ESP Global has no colour assigned and is shown here in grey.
